New York Stock Exchange

US$43 million mock-up facility for a new state-of-the-art trading complex for the New York Stock Exchange. This huge, extremely complex shaped ceiling system was designed completely in Solid Edge. The ceiling panels were designed so that the plane of the panels were twisted and could not be built using flat panels. Each panel was different, without any square edges or parallel sides. Designed by the joint efforts of consulting designer Miroslav Mitrovic of Bluming Inc., engineering manager Brian Yeoman and industrial designer David Bigham both of Nelson Industrial.
