Does it cost anything up front to talk about my project?

There is no cost or obligation for preliminary consultation or further fact gathering to produce a quotation for your project.

How do you communicate your designs?

By working with customers all over the world, we have learned how to communicate our designs in the clearest and most informative manner possible. Initially we define the model with the basic 3D CAD drawing. We provide periodic updates in several ways, JPEG images, and animations but primarily through the use of 3D PDF files. This media provides those with the possession of a free Adobe Reader all the capabilities of viewing and manipulating a 3D model of the project.

Why chose an American based design service?

By choosing an American based designer you can rely on the technological environment in which the design community exists. Software licensing, copyright and intellectual property rights are more closely protected in the United States than in any other country in the world.

What about confidentiality?

We provide you with a standard non-disclosure agreement to legally protect your confidential data. In addition, all data is backed up daily and stored in a remote location.

How long will it take to design my project?

We pride ourselves on the efficiency of our design process and while each project is individual as to its time requirements, our strength is our experience at practical hands on applications coupled with the theoretical design process resulting in a shorter time to completion than many may provide.

How much will it cost?

Each project is unique and we generally estimate an hourly based price. Depending on the complexity of the project hourly rates are from $120.00 to $150.00.

How are you more cost effective than other companies?

Our award winning efficiency in the use of the premier design software and proven knowledge based on 25 years of fabrication and design work eliminate much of the wasted effort that accompanies many group based projects.

What about prototypes and tooling?

We have rapid prototyping capabilities which can produce low volume, cost efficient samples of designs with short lead times. Materials vary from representative plastic and metal compounds to straight visual facsimiles of the 3D CAD models.
