Canada’s Royal Ontario Museum needed a large quantity of sheet metal display cabinets to house some of their collection. Other mechanical design engineers heard the project requirements and said it couldn’t be done; Miro worked his magic to do the impossible.
The challenge: Create display cabinets that are water tight, bug proof and naturally vented. In other words, it had to be impossible for water and insects to get in, while at the same time air had to flow in and out without the aid of electric fans or valves. Miro’s solution was pure genius…and his sheet metal design files were impeccable.
